I was very happy with my purchase. However I didn't call about my purchase. I called to ask why I received toliet paper with my order which I did not order and the lady said it was a error.

Received damaged - staff unhelpful

Received it with a HUGE dent in the middle shelf. Customer service would not do anything. First and last time buying any furniture from bestbuy.

Loved the stand. It was as shown and very durable.

It arrived damaged

I could not even fully assemble this table because the part was obviously cracked and broken. Poor quality of craftsmanship and material.

Looks nice, smells awful

I was able to put the table together easily once I realized the instructions were not in exact order. The very last piece is putting the drawer in, and I found the glider/guides that came installed on the frame were bent. There is no way I’m taking this thing apart to return, so I finagled it enough to get the drawer in and closed. I am not sure I’ll be able to use it. The thing I’m most concerned about is the smell. It has a noxious odor. It’s been sitting now, completed assembled for 24 hours and the smell doesn’t seem to have dissipated at all. If the smell doesn’t lessen I may have to return it out of concern for my health. The price is too high for something of this quality.

Difficult to put together

Though this shelf should look nice in theory, it won’t in my home. I found it very hard to put together based on the poor directions provided. After spending several hours, I gave up for now and it already looks beat up and the shelf rods are broken so we’ll see how that goes. I’ve put together much larger pieces with no issue. Comprehensive directions are a big help. Now this shelf already looks old junkie.

Great quality for the price.

Fairly easy to assemble alone but having a second person would definitely help. You'll need a Phillips screwdriver as well. As another review stated the colour is cherry. The drawer is sturdy and slides nicely and there is plenty of room for books and pencils. My only complaint is that it was missing the small bolt for the handle but I can pick one up later at the hardware store. Overall I'm very pleased.

"Tall stand with plenty of room at a great price"

I looked some time for a printer stand so I could remove the printer from my desk. I was looking for a stand approximately 30", top shelf large enough for my Epson ET-3760 printer,plus, 2 shelves (one for a stereo and for paper) and a drawer for misc. items. This checked all of the boxes plus being easy to assemble (20 - 30 minutes) and a reasonable price.

Good for the price

Good for the price, but basic mass-produced imperfections on surfaces. Also, color is closer to cherry than Walnut. Does not match other "walnut" furniture in office.

Poor quality and also arrived damaged

The quality of the product is poor. The coating/finish is not good at all with all kinds of imperfections. The sure for the drawer handle was too short so I have to counter sing the inside of the drawer. Most important it arrived damaged. One of the lags was cracked/bent and one of the cross bars broken off. I did not want to go through the hassle of return and exchange so I glued the broken parts my self.

This is just what we wanted, a sturdy printer table with extra shelving. It is working out very well.

Not worth $100

The stand was easy enough for me to put together in less than an hour without any help from my partner. I found the quality of the materials and the workmanship to be quite poor for the price. I wasn’t expecting much for $100 but this stand is really cheaply made. The pre-drilled holes were off which did not allow some of the locking cam nuts to grab and tighten. Cam nuts that did grab don’t all lock and loosened the moment the screwdriver was off. The stand does look ok and as we have it supported on three sides by wall corner and desk I’m not going to take the time to take it apart and repack it for shipping. It would not work for long as a free standing unit as it is wobbly and I doubt it will last through a move. I do not feel this item is worth more than $40 - $50 and do not recommend it if you need a sturdy stand.
