Amazing bed, slow shipping

The bed took a little over a month to come in, so keep that in mind when ordering it. Once the bed arrived, assembly wasn't that bad to compared to other beds I've put together. It took me a little over an hour by myself to put the bed together. The bed looks very nice once assembled and the build of the bed appears to be durable.

Good looking bed

Nice looking bed, I use this one for the guest room. It was not that easy to put it together happily with the help of my friend it took about 40 minutes. My guest sleep very good in it, of course a good mattress helps as well.

I love the way this bed looks in our guestroom, but it was kind of hard to put together. It’s also very heavy once it’s put together and will definitely require two people to move it out of the room. Overall, it’s very durable and stylish. I would buy it again.

Good value but will cost you patience

I am happy with the look and value of this bed frame. I'd recommend it with a couple of warnings. It is heavy. Although it arrives in two boxes, neither are manageable alone. One of the boxes had instructions for a queen, the other a king. My guess is the parts in the queen box are consistent for all sizes. The king box was missing hardware and holes were not drilled to match the instructions. We are handy and figured it out. But I appreciated another buyer warning of such problems. All told, I spent four hours assembling the bed. Note: the supports are visible, see second photo

We bought two of these for vacation properties we recently purchased. You definitely will need two people for the assembly. Ones put together though, these are really nice quality beds. Would definitely purchase again.

Great bed, but be warned, assembly is a b....

The look and feel of the bed (after assembled) is really great. Its sturdy, offers the mid-century modern look without the adventure and endless dollars required for something legacy from the era and the headboard is the perfect height, topping out just at the sill of our window. BUT... be warned. The assembly of this bed is a true act of patience and the amount of packing material is insane to dispose of. When installing the side rails to the head/foot board using the foot segment, be sure to keep the screws loose to allow some give. You are going to need it to align the holes properly. Don't go tightening one side down and get frustrated and drill happy, trying and make it work. The pre-drilled holes will work, just takes some doing. Also, whoever invented the Allen-wrench should be ashamed of themselves. Just like Ikea and every other mail order item, this one uses Allen-wrench heads and its always a frustratingly, knuckle cracking process. Oh, and these slates, or at least the screws for the slates, are not well thought out. They are simply too short. You will need to purchase longer screws if you want the slates to remain secure. Just something to keep in mind. Lastly, the packing... there is sooooo freaking much of it... and the styrofoam is endless. It took three large trash bags to consolidate it all. I mean, it kept it safe in shipment, but this stuff is horrible on so many levels. All in all, its a pretty good bed once it is up and ready. It's getting through assembly where the strength of your relationship with your significant other, friends and/or self will be truly tested. Less

I am really disappointed by this bed. It came missing pieces and the directions were wrong. I had to improvise and more than likely it was not assembled sturdy enough. I do not recommend this bed

Love this bed! Used for a high rise model home in the guest room and received many compliments. Great mid century modern look. Would purchase again.

Such a pretty bed. We bought a king size and have an older mattress and it fits well. Solid piece of furniture and well made. The head board is a little small but with a 6”-8” mattress it would really stand out. Love the color.
