So far so good but missing part

This product arrived with a missing part. Yes there are solutions, but it would sure be nice if every shipment had the correct parts in the first place. Hasn’t broken yet (thankfully) and it looks nice, so here’s hoping all will be okay.

AWFUL - BUYER BEWARE

The shoddiest craftsmanship I have ever seen. Holes are misaligned… holes are too small or too big. Pieces don’t fit together correctly. Genuinely the worst item. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Walker Edison should be ASHAMED of themselves. Clearly no quality control WHATSOEVER. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS LIKE I DID.

Isla Bed

Love how it looks! However, there is a faux finish over the wood panels that I do not like. Also, you can see where two or more panels were put together to make one long one. Otherwise, nice!

Great quality for the price

I got this dresser a few months ago (on sale for ~$450) and it arrived super quickly - maybe a week or two at most even though they didn’t give a ship time estimate before purchasing like I’m used to. While assembly certainly wasn’t quick (it took me + my partner at least 3 hours), it was fairly straightforward. The one thing I’ve noticed is that my cat’s claws have dug into the soft wood front of the drawers as he jumps onto the dresser. Not a huge deal but it is slightly more delicate than a faker wood front might be. Otherwise, the color and texture of this wood look really nice and classy. Would buy again.

This is beautiful. We bought two as well as the matching dresser and could not be more pleased. It was packed extremely well and was shipped on time. It did take quite some time to put everything together, but so worth it! Thank you

Nice look/odd design

The items can slightly damaged. It takes over two hours to build. I dislike the drawer stoppers. I wish the drawers were able to open more.

Looks nice but not great quality

The dresser looks great but the quality is subpar. The dresser broke after just 3 months of use and during assembly some of the pieces chipped. Overall, if you are looking for a midcentury look on a budget this may be for you but know that it won’t last long.

Hard to assemble, scratches incredibly easy

This project took several hours to put together, had to fabricate some of it, the outside of it scratches incredibly easily, and will likely have to be painted because the scratching is Just from putting it together. It should not be so easy to scratch at this Price point. It may be real wood, but whoever finished it did not do a good job of protecting it.

Sturdy but has scuffs

It’s very sturdy and cute. It took me 2 afternoons to put it together. Instructions were easy to follow. Some of the parts had scuffs marks and chips in the paint.

But if you need firewood!

First keys begin with the fact that this item is not walnut. It's just painted a walnut look. The wood is actually pine and cracked everywhere while putting it together. The wood has very sloppy finishings which caused wood chips to fall everywhere. The legs at the end you must put pads on because it's just raw and unfinished sharp edges. It's very complicated to put together and the draw does not fit correctly. Very disappointed! Now we're using that table for firewood! Returning the other.

Nice Dresser but took a long time to assemble

Took me almost a day to piece together the dresser with the amount of screws and pieces. Also, when I was putting in one of the last drawers, the wooden dowels pushed through the front of the drawer, leaving me with cracked wood. I’m hoping the company with replace the front. Otherwise I’m satisfied with the product.

Good piece of furniture but it takes hours to put together

Think it arrived well protected. Had minor issues from being built at the factory. Takes forever to put together. Really like the final product.

Beautiful

Nicely packaged. No damage. Clear written directions. Maybe in the future a YouTube link to video instructions on each section if people have issues or questions.

Looks decent but had some issues

Some pieces came chipped or dented. Also, some holes that screws went in were too big so it didn’t securely hold the hardware. I think I managed to get it to stay but who knows how long it will last. Overall looks good but worries about quality.

Not worth the money

All in all- very disappointed with this purchase. As several other reviews mention- it will take you at least 3 hours to assemble, and it scratches very easily given it's just sealed plywood. At the very end, you are left with something that's barely structurally sound. Two of the side boards arrived cracked and many of the other elements were chipped. This is definitely not an investment piece even though the price suggests it.

I was so hopeful that because this was pricy that the quality would be better. Nope. It’s poorly manufactured, the directions a terrible and even their YouTube assembly videos an incomplete. Don’t waste your money or sanity.

Pretty but don’t recommend buying

While it looks nice, this dresser is not functional or well made. The wood scratches so easily and the drawers fall off the wood glides and makes opening the drawers frustrating. I cannot put decor on top because I fear it will fall off trying to open and close the drawers. If you don’t plan on touching it and just using for decor in a spare room… i guess it would be worth it. Put definitely not worth the cost.

Bad instructions ruined dresser

Unfortunately, we bought this dresser on Amazon and we didn’t see Haley’s review until it was too late. Haley is right about the typo in the instructions and we also screwed right through the side panels because the instructions told us to use the wrong screws. For the money we paid that is a terrible mistake by the company, and something that should have been corrected after Haley’s review. We now have several holes in the panel and if we had left the screws in they would’ve been a safety hazard for our kids.

Easy enough to put together with some time and patience, had to request replacement parts as they were damaged in transit.

Solid piece for the price, poor instructions

Overall I’m happy with the piece. It’s sturdy and looks high end with a low price tag. My only big complaint is the instructions to put it together. There’s a typo in which screws to use where. After we screwed through the side of the panel a few times and ended up with too many of the wrong screw, we found the typo. This was frustrating to say the least but otherwise it worked. The other thing to note is that the drawers will only safely pull out halfway. I still think it will work well but I wasn’t expecting that.
