Good Company, Good Product

Bidet King has good customer service. The personnel are knowledgeable about the products they sell and can discuss the pros and cons among the various brands. The Toto Washlet was easy to install and runs smoothly and quietly. It replaces a Brondell Swash from another supplier that was a nightmare!

The water is not as warm as the one I have from Kohler other than there like if so far

I have bought two different Toto washlets don't understand why the USA is not gotten behind this type of cleaning device many other countries don't waste all that paper product for toilet paper

Worst experience with a bidet – pain over a year long period.

After 3 months the remote stopped working. Since it was under warranty we sent it back. After waiting several months sending it back and waiting for a replacement the hose broke because it was cheap plastic. Cannot recommend this product. After a year of back-and-forth to get the bidet working Toto offered to service the bidet, but refused to install it (make it make sense), but without a working bidet nearly a year later, it's nothing more than a bad memory. Cannot recommend any part of the product or the experience.

We did a lot of research before buying, and it really paid off. We are really happy with this product. Well built, and it had all the features advertised, plus a few we didn't know about. Installation was easy and it looks like it is going to last a long time. Really pleased with it. Thanks!

Purchased this Washlet for my wife after she tore both rotator cuffs and personal care was severely limited. It fit our Toto one piece toilet well and was very easy to install. Note that you must have an electric receptacle nearby because an extension cord is not recommended. The seat housing and cover is a little larger than I expats but that is easy to get used to. This full-featured bidet seat odds controlled by a simple to use remote. It has easily identifiable controls for men and women with a variety of wash features such as water, seat and air-dry temperatures. It has eco settings to control temperature automatically based on usage patterns and time of day. I like the lighting for night use. Also, it has great odor management with a fan system and air filter. Clean the easy access filter monthly.

First time purchase, I relied on reviews to choose this model. Confirmed it functions as advertised with a 90% cleanse. Improvements needed for greater water pressure have to adjust to max to be most effective. As reported fan dryer is also not strong enough unless you choose to sit additional 2-3 minutes. Heated seat gets pretty warm appreciate option to lower temp. Overall it serves our needs, good but not great.

Best purchase for the family

We bought our first one a couple of months ago, the family can no longer live without it and to avoid line to the bathroom we bought our second one. Once tried it is adopted. Easy to install but now waiting for the electrician to install a new outlet closer to the toilet.

Quality spent one time for what you want.

My first one, and it works well with all options. Very good quality and was easy to install. I mounted the control on the wall, which I like very much, and it has a plastic reference list that mounts with the plastic holder. Since my toilet is a Toto, the shape matches perfectly. The seat is warm, and the hot air is good for the full duration. Water heat lasts about 5 seconds, but I don't find that a bother at all. It has user settings for two people, which is a real plus.
