I needed to have an electrical outlet installed. Also, having never done this type of installation, I hired someone with experience only to find out the bidet came with all the necessary attachments and I could have easily done it myself. All you need is a pliers and know how to shut the water off to the toilet tank. The unit works great and was significantly less than installing a full bidet. Even my doctor recommended Toto toilet seat bidets. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Updated our bidet from a 5 year old BioBidet to the KC2 Washlet, expecting it to be an upgrade but it sadly is not. Toilet lid is clunky like a hospital toilet, Not convenient to turn it on/off (hold for 5 seconds) to be energy-efficient. Disappointed but it does the job.

Product was easy to install, but didn't turn on. Toto America customer service determined it was broken, and Home Depot accepted return. Ordered product again, and it worked immediately.

I purchased this product because my previous online order for a Kohler bidet seat arrived damaged and leaking. I bought the Toto because it had better reviews. Once again, the seat arrived damaged. The control handle is cracked. The box side was bent but did not have any holes or gouges, like the last one. It would appear that the 800lb gorilla is working at the warehouse or shipping department. Do I fix it with glue or wait another two weeks for a new product?

I already have this same Wash Let. And my girl friend loved it. So I got her one for Christmas.

I purchased this a month ago and love the simplicity and convenience of my Toto bidet. The seat warmer is great. I’m 86 and it’s really nice for the elderly.

Horrible shipping

So easy to break during shipping. Bought two times, even shipped to store, still broke in box. Hope they can do better job on shipping. The customer service is nice to order new shipment

Installing is easy and simple, the function was good, but the Oval-shaped seat is small. It’s like using a toddler seat on top of the old seat. It was made for slime frame people only

Nicer than you would think

This is our second Bidet like this so I can compare to the other brand. They are both basically the same with some subtle differences. You just remove the existing seat, install the mounting plate in the existing mounting holes, slide the bidet in place on the mounting bracket, attach the water and plug it in. To attach the water you just shut off the water supply to the toilet, disconnect the supply line to the tank, attach the supplied adapter to the inlet on the tank, attach the supply line to the adapter, attach the feed line to the bidet to the adapter. Unlike a European style bidet after doing your business you push a button which spray a warmed water spray to clean you off. There is a dryer which does take some time to really dry you off or you can do a quick wipe to get rid of the residual water
