This dinnerware set was exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy for everyday use with kids, and microwave/dishwasher safe. Not to mention that the pattern was gorgeous.

The very realistic treescape against the bright white background makes for a gorgeous meal no matter what time of day. Out of 10 sets of China, ordered, this is the one that wowwed me, from the detail to the durability. My only problem is that I only ordered one set. I actually need a few more! After showing my son and his Fiancé these, they too were wowwed and would also like this as their signature set 🥰 I have become such a Mikasa snob. I truly enjoy the unmatched quality !

The Watercolor Forest pattern is exactly what I was looking for and didn't disappoint

I love this pattern. I was looking for a set with a tree pattern to use during the fall/winter/Thanksgiving/Christmas and this pattern is perfect. I already have a "Beach" pattern set that I use for Spring and Summer and now I have ones to use for the other 2 seasons. I love everything about this set. Not heavy, dishwasher and microwave safe. The plates sizes are perfect. The bowls are perfect for cereal, soup, chili, etc.. I like that the mugs are the tall style and that they hold 14 oz.. They were out of stock everywhere when I went to purchase them so I signed here on Mikasa.com to get notified when they were back in stock. I got notified Dec. 18 and ordered right away. Glad I did as they are out of stock again. They were packaged well for shipping and I received my sets on 12/27 which was great considering it was during the holiday shipping madness.

Year round elegance

Lovely pattern that is appropriate for all year long, not just the holidays. Got the set at a great price as well.

Quality is only average - not like old Mikasa

Ordered two-four piece place settings.There were a number of pieces that were poor quality. Ordered another setting to replace the bad ones that we returned.

I love these dishes. I have been looking for a set of china that i would love. Didn’t want any overly cluttered pattern and I am just not in love with the all white trend. The Watercolour Forest is truly a classy set. Beautiful muted pattern. I also wanted something that didn’t weigh as much as the stoneware that I have bought for years. As I get older, I find stoneware too heavy to lift more than a few pieces at a time.Hard on the wrists. This beautiful china is much lighter and easy to lift.

This set is gorgeous! Quality bone china with a delicate - watercolor appearance - design of fir trees depicted in natural soft colors.

Great value for high quality everyday plates!

I was adding on to my existing everyday plates (Wedgewood white) & found these on Macy's. They mix easily with the solid white bone china as well as pieces I have in greens, grays and blues. I love them! They are substantial and high quality. The bowls are a great size for cereal, chili & even serving. I was worried that they would look too wintery but different linens and glasses change the look for summer. Plus, they match the view of the trees from our kitchen window!

I was skeptical when I bought it but when I received I was amazed how beautiful it is. I highly recommend it. Excellent quality and very well made. You will proud to use it.

This is exactly how I envisioned these dishes when I ordered. They are just beautiful the color, the consistency of the color. They were packed perfectly and arrived in excellent shape. I live in an area of huge pines and they look like my skyline. They are lightweight bone china and mildly translucent when held up to light. I am very happy with my purchase!

Excellence in material and craftsmanship!

This is my second review of my second set of Watercolor Forest Set. Packed with care, delivered intact. I wish Mikasa would make soup bowls and a large or extra-large serving bowl and a serving platter, too.

The artistic design is stunning. I have been looking for something like this for a few years. The dinnerware washes easy and is lightweight and quality made. Adds a bit of fancy to a rustic look. Love it! Wish there were more pieces.
