The rug is beautiful. It’s ivory, gray, green, gold and a bluish violet. I have it on the patio under wicker furniture with gray cushions and multi color throw pillows. Everything blends perfectly. We have only had it a month but it is made so well that it will last for many years.

We purchased two of these for our deck at our beach house. When we put them down we loved them… reminded me of sea glass or waves but kinda beachy. They were made well and cors were beautiful! Then it rained. They were like sponges. Took days to dry them out so that we could return. For that I give 3 stars. These were listed as indoor/outdoor and are even pictured on a patio. Do not buy these unless you are using them indoors or an enclosed Sun room. They are beautiful and well made but they are too plush for outdoor use.

Should not be called an “Outdoor rug”

Very disappointed with this purchase.I put this rug on my deck and after the first rainfall it got saturated like a thick sponge and did not dry! Outdoor rugs should allow water to flow through to ensure that they dry quickly and this one DOES NOT! It also became dirty very quickly. Other outdoor rugs I’ve used use fibers that resist dirt and other outdoor elements...this one does not. If you plan to use this rug outdoors I would choose another rug. A waste of money. I can’t even return after only using for a few weeks.

Not an OUTDOOR rug

I purchased the blue and green indoor/outdoor rug. The colors were vibrant and the quality was very nice. The big disappointment was that it really isn't an "outdoor" rug. I laid it on my outdoor wooden deck and after the first rain the rug was soaked and squished when I walked on it. It took days for the fabric to dry out and then it rained again. This rug would do nicely on an enclosed patio or indoors only. I would buy again if I needed a rug of this type indoors.

We purchased this rug for our outdoor patio. It is a good size and shape and the colors are fresh and vibrant. The rug itself is thin (fine for an outdoor rug) but looks to be made well overall. As a previous reviewer mentioned there is an odor to this rug. I do not find it particularly strong, but did notice it when unrolling the rug for the first time and once or twice while sitting on the patio. I think it will dissipate fairly quickly. The one big complaint I have is that after a few days on the patio this thing is still not laying flat. Both edges are curled up and seem to be in no hurry to flatten.

DON'T USE THIS OUTSIDE

I purchased these for my patio to go under my furniture and dining table. This rug is described as indoor/outdoor. But, any dirt is nearly impossible to get out. I tried a rug doctor and they were still stained. In addition, water will literally cause these rugs to fall apart. The edges that caught water the most just crumbled. I had to throw them away after 2 summers. Very disappointed they could not be hosed off and cleaned, as expected. Even though I had them 2 years, they looked terrible after about 6 months. I spent about $240/piece on these. Keep it indoors and don't let anyone get dirt on it.

Purchased this to stage the back patio due to house being put on market. Rug came in VERY tightly rolled with good plastic packaging. At first I thought it would be very thin and cheap like, however after unrolling it, it was perfect. Fibers feel great under feet. Backing is wonderful and could have easily been laid on hardwood floors as it didn't have any of the hard rigid plastic that can scratch the floors. Helped to sell the house in 24 hours. Buyers stated how much they loved the back patio and could "see" themselves enjoying it.

I live at the beach so I needed a rug that could withstand full sun and beach dampness. After 7 months, the rug has faded but has otherwise held up well. All corners still lay flat. I sweep and/or vacuum to clean. Spot clean food spills. I bought this rug to prevent scrapes by patio chairs on my deck. The thin design is perfect for that use. I will probably buy the larger size next time to accommodate more guests.

Not an Indoor/Outdoor rug for an uncovered area

Do not buy this rug unless it will be in an enclosed, protected area. It is NOT an "outdoor" rug by any means. It retains water like a sponge -- so much that even 2 hours of using a wet-vac on it after a mild rain and the rug was still damp. I purchased it for my outdoor patio, but within 12 days the underneath was full of mildew and mold. It wet to the trash. Call to try to return it ended up being a nightmare. It's a beautiful rug, and looked great for the first 24 hours. But the minute it got wet it was a disaster. Buy a true "outdoor" rug if it is going to be outside. Save your money.

Pretty Rug - Maybe Not The Ideal Color for Outside

First, the plusses. I love the colors, the texture is great and it's a nice quality.I do have my patio dining table and chairs on this and they leave indentations from their weight in the rug. My other outdoor rug was more flat, so this was never an issue. Because no one puts the chairs are always moving from people sitting in them, there are several indentations throughout the rug.It's also a really light cream and I know this when buying it, but would maybe do better with indoor use as my daughter has already smushed a bug into it, which was, well, gross. It came up with carpet cleaner, but I have a feeling this will be a constant battle. No problem with the rug, just an obvious issue with a light outdoor rug.
