A little challenging to put together (a few more up close photos would be helpful) and the bench is wobbly, but will figure something out.

Happy with the bench. Assembly instructions are awkward and disregard the law of gravity. That detail aside, happy with the purchase.

Received wrong screws

I purchased the porch love seat and was sent the wrong screws marked as A. The ones sent to me are WAY too big for the connection. I’d like to know how I can get the correct ones.

Neighbor Envy

I just finished assembling the bench in my garage and I planted it in the corner of the front stoop area. Not 2 minutes went by when neighbor Karen came strolling by and said, “Ooh, pretty bench! Love the pattern!”. Took the words right out of my mouth.

Nice and sturdy bench

It’s very nice and sturdy but giving a 4 instead of 5 because it has a very strong odor. It also needs a coat of sealant. It will be on the porch so it should air out I hope. Orher than that very nice.

Poor craftsmanship

Love the look. But the screws and holes and everything else were a nightmare. There's only like ten screws - it should be really easy. Also the pieces didn't line up. This should be a $90-100 bench. The quality of this is NOT a $180 bench!

LOVE IT!!

I love this bench! No need for a seat cushion, because the seats are contoured and very comfortable. I did give it an extra coat of sealant to preserve it, since we live in NY and the summers and winters are harsh.

A must buy indoor or outdoor

Beautiful and functional. Very comfortable and easy to change out pillows for style. Easy to assemble and timeless.

Quality Control Issues?

I tend not to review things unless it’s really great or really bad. Unfortunately, this is really bad. Poor job on the staining. Cracked wood that looks like it was filled and given extra stain to hold. The wood is generally beaten up. The bottom of the legs are not cut even and all the hardware for assembly is not included. I’ve never ordered from WE, so it could be an anomaly…but buyer beware….
