Don’t…Just don’t if you have a 12 year old!

If this item caught your eye, like it did mine for my twelve year old son, don’t expect quality or quality customer service. Item delivered on January 4th. Had to build it and then wait an additional few days for the mattress, so item wasn’t even slept on prior to the 7th or 8th of January. Within a month and a half, the top side rails broke right in the middle where the joints are. (In my opinion, because there is not an additional rail at the bottom of the bed). One rail was sent to me. When I contacted the company about the second rail, the first thing stated was it was not under warranty. Which I was willing to pay for the part, but the website states 90 days from delivery and it was within the 90 days. But, they don’t have the rustic blue, I could order a different color. So a bed that is less than 90 days old, for a 12 year old boy, can be fixed with a different colored part at my expense. I even tried to suggest a bottom brace would possibly improve the design and was met with the same, “no longer under warranty “!

Great quality and very sturdy

I got this for my daughter. She loves it. It is very sturdy. Directions are very clear and easy to follow. Don’t get in a hurry just follow directions step by step and you will do fine. Beautiful bed. So happy with it

Amazing

This bed was very easy and quick to to set up the instructions very very clear and the pictures made it even easier that way you could just see it and not read it my personal preference cause I am always in a hurry it’s always easier for me to see it and do definitely a 10/10 I cannot really give an accurate time frame of how long it took to assemble as we were deep cleaning the room and setting up everything as we also assembled the bed but I know it’s not to bad at all everything was in the boxes and you don’t really need extra tools they send you with what you’ll need however if you feel you’d like a drill for the screws that probably a good idea but doing it by hand wasn’t bad.

Great investment!

Is an amazing investment, in my personal opinion I would buy it again and also recommend it to family and friends. The kids loved it, it saves a lot of space. The only downside of it is when it comes to assembling it. You really need to have the time and patience to build it. At least two people needed to put it together. Other than that for the price of it you can’t ask for more. Also keep in mind the size of the mattress, of course both of them are twins. The height really matters I use a 12 inch for the top one and an 8 inch for the bottom one. The bottom one only fits an 8” or less.

Mommy and Daughter Built It!

I received the twin trundle bed and was able to put it together - just Mommy and Daughter (6yo). It took a while between the two of us but it was very doable. The only issue was that 2 of the parts were mislabeled thus causing confusion. But otherwise, I switched them, continued and finished with the assembling project. I love how the footboard even provides a backboard for her desk so that nothing falls behind. That was a huge unplanned plus! My daughter and I absolutely LOVE her new bed and the new look of her bedroom!!! I highly recommend this bed!!!

We are very impressed by this bed.

This bed was a steal for the price. It’s solid wood except for the drawer bottoms. Despite the reviews there were no defective wood pieces in our shipment. After comparing the reviews on Walmart and Amazon I chose to go with Walmart because they offered a warranty, just in case the something happened in the future.

All in one bed

I love how big the drawers are. The instructions were mostly easy to follow. I would recommend a drill with all the screws. I even had a drill bit to use instead of the Allen wrench. It seems pretty sturdy. I love the distressed look of the wood. I would definitely buy this again. My daughter loves it.
