It's a beautiful rug just the pile on the white part is much higher than it looks like in the photos and is more bright white than ivory.

The rug looks more white than the grey shown in the pic. But the plush is super cozy. I bought two runners. One flattened right away. The other is still a bit wrinkly.

Terrible smell. Awful! Carpet tassels did not smooth out as pictured but remain tangled after weeks. I suppose couldn’t hope for more given the price. Carpet still smells
