Incorrect Store

This order was sent to the incorrect store and one that is not even close to my home store. Please work on how your program operate.

Perfect match, I thought I would have to replace the entire ceiling due to water damage. Easy fix.

Ceiling Tile

Went up well. 5 tiles had major blemishes, Had plenty to finish the job.

The tiles look nice once they’re installed, but they’re very brittle and break easily, making installation difficult.

I just now opened the box and found it is not the right Pattern

I have to check call and figure this out. TY

Too Many Manufacturers Defects

Pretty tiles but it appears surfaces were not completely cured prior to packaging. Surface design areas on one tile were damaged by back of next tile in box. Had fantastic contractor. Him and I tried to cosmetically salvage enough to compete project. You cannot paint them or warranty voided and acoustical properties compromised.

I installed these tiles more than 25 years ago. Due to a water leak I had to replace a number of them. The new tiles are exactly like the old tiles. How pleasing it is to be able to rely on Armstrong for all these years.

We took our time. The tiles can be damaged while installing. A couple had defects but I had ordered extra. Cutting was easy. I’m very happy with the look.

The overall quality was less than what I purchased 15...

The overall quality was less than what I purchased 15 years ago. The print was not as centered on each tile,and the color tint was all over the board. Some tiles were a lot whiter than others out of the same box.

These are garbage! One complete box was unusable. You can deffintly see the company cutting corners specially when you compare the same tikes from a few years ago to the ones I just purchased. Unacceptable
