Two of these sinks cracked in 18 months

After just 18 months, both sinks in our custom vanity have developed a cracks. I reached out to Wells to make it right, but they told me they can't help because I didn't buy it directly from their site. This sink is trash and Wells is trash. STAY AWAY!

Arrived in good shape. Great for a smaller vanity as it allowed for a little more counter space.

Color looked off. Didn't have the chrome around the overflow holes. Gave it to the guy who installed the countertop. Used his sinks instead that looked below and more cleaner.

Great price but defective

First - pictures on site do not match product - it’s much deeper than the picture but we like it. We purchased 2 sinks for the custom master vanity. The price of this unit was half of other well known brands yet the reviews for the product and brand seemed good so we felt we made a good decision with this product. The bottom of the faucet kept leaking. After our original plumber re-installed the drain with tons of plumbers putty etc - and repositioned 3x, it still leaked. Our general contractor even had another plumber come out to help the next day when it leaked again. Same issue. Both plumbers noted that some faucets come defective in that the gap tolerances are too large for the drain seal to fully seal. What a disappointment- so now we’re stuck with additional labor for not 1 but 2 sinks to be replaced in the new vanity (we want both sinks to match naturally ) - as this product is NO LONGER AVAIL - out of stock!!! - such a headache and waste of time due to poor quality control - if it seems I’m angry, absolutely. This is the second non name brand I bought from Home Depot. I hope to worn others. You get what you pay for - stick to the major brands out there who have good quality control.
