I have opened three of the tanks, so far two are broken…..

Order 3 times and each time the item was broke on arrival.

Great quality, assembly and installation easy, flushes fully. The tank is narrower so it leaves more room for items that go between the sink vanity and the toilet (e.g. trash can). It also is taller, which has been a real hit in our house.

Product arrived sooner than expected and instructions were good. The tank itself was good and matched the existing bowl well.

Whistles while it works

The kohler wellworth 4468 flushes ok, but fill valve whistles during the fill. This must be a common problem as kohler has several videos on ways to stop the whistle, none of which worked. The fill valve is fluid master 400-model, class five, kohler.

Tank Replacement Was A Breeze

The tank came with all the internal pieces already in place (handle, flush canister, valve, etc). Just required removing old tank with 3 bolts and putting the new tank on (leveled) with 3 new bolts (also included).

Replacement tank was a perfect fit, and the fact that it included all the inner working parts was a very nice surprise. Received tank in about a week after order.

We’re very happy with this toilet. It arrived within the timeframe expected, ready for the plumber to install. The only hitch was the Kohler fill valve that was included was defective. It took 2 calls and 2 weeks before Kohler sent a new one. Now that we have that, though, the flush works as it should.

Cheap junk

Bought 3 of these. They all started losing water in about 3 years. The canister seal loses resilience because of its cheap construction. The whole system is substandard and not worth half the price. Ridiculously loud flush. Cheap junk.
