Horrible customer service

I purchased this table twice to only have the order canceled without notification. Based on the timing, vendor appeared to not want to keep selling it at the sales price. Macy’s customer service was horrible. Their online chat option could not help after multiple attempts. It basically told me to call their customer service phone number for help. I called the phone number multiple times and repeatedly had the automated system disconnect or not forward me to a representative. After I finally spoke with a representative, she couldn’t explain what happened and couldn’t do anything to help or address the inconvenience. Very disappointed in Macy’s
