The ticking sound was very mild and only noticeable if within a couple of feet.
12 inch wall clock
Love the look of the clock but was disappointed at the plastic casing. I would recommend the clock but would like consumers to understand it is plastic and the ticking noise is too loud.

Not silent
Not silent. It is keeping good time. Audible ticking sound isn't terrible, just a disappointment since I asked and the chat person online told me it was silent. It's a 10 inch clock with a 1 inch border.
