Rattles and the thing in the tube needs to be pushed down or no mist comes out, but then it just blinks 88 and does nothing

Hoping to make the air in my home healthier, I'm in poor health and this appliance should help make the air cleaner and full of moisture

Ours Works Great

I love this humidifier, but it does seem to run according to your room's current humidity - like a thermostat of humidity. I think the problems others have had may be due to faulty sensors. (Obviously, just a guess.)

Weak Westinghouse unit

The units don’t seem to emit humidity as rapidly as other units I’ve owned in the past. It took 48 hours or more before the humidity began to register an increase in the room (it was used in only one room so please know that I want expecting it to increase humidity in my house. It was the correct size for the room). Overall I was not impressed. I was going to return it but had highlighted the max water line on the tank to make it more readily visible so did not think it works be accepted back.

Doesn’t work

Did everything as instructed. Just turns on for a half second that blinks 88 until it turns off. Very disappointed

Cheap and dumb humidifier

Worked fine, then 3 weeks after i got it i walked into my bedroom and my dog was hiding under my bed because this piece of c rap humidifier had sprayed a tank full of water all over my room, everything was wet and the dog was terrified...88 kept flashing on the humidifier screen but there's nothing in the manual about an 88 code. I think this cost around a hundred dollars, lasted 3 weeks. BOOO!
