Worked for almost 1 year. Had to put a fan on the back facing compressor or on days hotter then 90 it would not cool at all..

This unit is junk

Unit trips circuit breaker after an hour of use. Conveniently, HD could not find my purchase. Do not buy it.

Rating it low cause unit won’t blow cold air after 1 year. I barely use it and on heat wave days it will be nice to have as a backup to hvac.

DO NOT BUY from this Company!

Bought 2 of these and both died in less than a year. You are responsible for shipping fees to return the unit, and with shipping costs you might as well buy a new unit from a better company. The customer service is also very rude over email. I asked if there were any other options for repair or service besides paying for return shipping because it is expensive. The response from customer service in an email was "Exactly". Yep, one-word response from this company's customer service. Do not buy!

blower motor failed

The blower motor on my unit failed less at 11months old

easy set up and works great.

Unit keeps tripping circuit breaker. Never happened w/Haier 12k BTU unit on same circuit. Have had to connect unit to a separate circuit. Unit does not cool as well as the Haier unit it replaced.

Today is Monday! And where is my product? Some excuse ?

A/C pulls lots of electricity and only a little cold air actually flows out. The fans minimal power. Not made for Texas heat.

The units work pretty good for being portable. We have both in our office.

Works very well unit is reliable so far.

It mainly blows hot air majority of the time it’s running. Makes an extremely loud clunking noise when it ,rarely, converts to cold air. I doubt it will last more than one summer season. Our previous portable air conditioner lasted 11 years.

Its a ok unit but really for the price it should have been a lot better. No fitting were give to keep the drain hose on. Just not what I expected for the price. But it does cool so thats a plus but I would search for a better unit if I was to do it agian.. And missing a wheel when recieved/

Does not stay cool long enough to have a lasting effect, blows out room temperature air on “cool” mode most of the time.

I waited the full 24 hours to install after it was delivered. When I opened the box there were no instructions to put it together, luckily I had bought two different brand portable air conditioners, the other had instructions. After I turned it on the air didn’t stay cold. I walked over only to feel room temperature air blowing out.
