AWFUL SMELL! Has been airing out (open windows 24/7) for 6 weeks and the smell will not go away. This is not a normal "new rug" smell. Smells like chemicals and musty. Do not feel it is safe to put in my child's room. AWFUL. Wayfair and Loloi will not do anything to rectify the problem.

This rug sheds A LOT! It is also more green in person than I thought from the photos online. Generally it is an attractive rug and it’s thick but the shedding is horrendous and it’s fairly scratchy.

Opened Packaging to check colour upon arrival. Rug Looks beautiful and well made. We are using the rug x2 in the Kids bedrooms for a lakeside Cabin Project.

Immediately returning. I’m sorry, but this absolutely STINKS like no other rug I’ve ever had. So pungent. It also arrived wet on the inside only - but wrapping didn’t look damaged. I have no idea how that’s possible.

Disappointed

I received the rug and did not get a chance to unroll it immediately due to travel. When I did unroll it, there was a hole in rug. Upon noticing this, I reached out to rugs direct immediately with photos. They told me that because I was outside the 14 day window to report a defect they could not help me. I asked to return it, being within the 30 day window but because there is a defect, they would not accept a return. They gave me a small percentage back but left me with an unusable rug and no real solution. I am incredibly disappointed that rugs direct did not stand behind their product and replace the rug. It is unclear if it was damaged during manufacturing or shipping, but either way it is still a problem. I would not recommend purchasing from rugs direct.

I love the color of this and the check pattern - simple enough to go with anything. It is soft and a nice quality.

Stunning a must have

The rug arrived quickly and is true to the pictures. I’ve only had it a day but the quality seems very good. Nice and thick with a nice design.

I wanted to love this so much, but it is a gray that leans very green IMO. I could not put it in a room with other grays bc it clashed. Returning it.

Great quality in this product. The weave is very thick and low, and lays on the floor perfectly. 100% wool is very warm. Might buy in another color for another room.

First rug came heavily damaged but Wayfair did sent a replacement quickly. Sheds a lot, but nice softness to it.

This rug is perfect for our living room, the color and pattern were just as pictured. Quality is top notch. We love this rug!
