[Rewarded Review] Coming apart

This rug has been coming apart since we got it. Every time we vacuum it more and more of it sheds, but then leaves a big fuzz look behind that looks like it’s been worn into four years. The coils of the rug are coming out super easy. I’ve been trying to work with the company and now nobody will respond to my emails anymore. They expect me to roll this thing up and take it back to FedEx. I had to have somebody bring it in for me. It is huge and heavy. They also told me as I continued to vacuum it. It will get better but what they don’t understand is that when I do vacuum it it looks worse.

[Rewarded Review] Not cat friendly

The rug is soft and beautiful. I bought the premium rug pad and it feels so soft under foot. I love the color more in person. For those reasons I am very happy with it. It does shed a lot when vacuuming which I am hoping will go away over time. I would’ve given it 5 stars if I didn’t have pets. It is not pet friendly, especially cats. The second they put their nails on it there are shreds of carpet everywhere. (And not even for scratching, just playing with toys on it) Sadly, I don’t see this lasting very long in my house. The 2 closeup pictures are after the very first night of having the rug. We have to cover the rug at night with blankets now so it doesn’t get ruined.

Originally I ordered the rug in the blue denim but they were sold out (took $ from my account, heard nothing from them and no sign of the rug for a month+; sent an email and they immediately refunded and said it was sold out)So I ordered the rug in the green. The color is GREAT. It’s rich and vibrant - looks expensive and feels good under my feet. TBD how it holds up with shedding but very happy with the look. Exactly like the pics. Does have some white mixed in but not bothersome imo
