This 291 replaced our old 291, so it was easy to install. Seems to be working as reliable as the last one, which we had for probably 15 or so years.

I ordered the garbage disposal. it comes with the new sink insert and the seal for in between and the plastic sink shield. it does not come with a power cord. but if you're replacing your old one that's easy because you can use your old cord.
Arrived quickly but did not have the power cord so I had to hard wire it. Fortunately that was not a problem for me.

Great product for the price, will last 15 years, this is my 2nd one in 15 years. Most folks say $5 years. Much cheaper than name brand..

New model has different port orientation than the old
Bought this unit to replace the same model that had broken down after many years of use. I reused the old mounting hardware that was still on the sink and just swapped out the unit itself. Unfortunately the new model has a different orientation of its water ports. Luckily the old hose connecting to the dishwasher was just long enough to reach the port on the new unit. Works fine.
