Quit after 1year
Uncovered ac unit this summer (purchased it May 6th 2023/delivered May 19th) and it is now blowing warm air and because it was 5 days past warranty neither Lowes or Whirlpool want to help me. A purchase like this should last more than a year!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$
Bought in April, installed in May. It worked for 6 months. Turned it on in May of this year. Doesn't blow anything close to cool air. Can't be repaired because it's a sealed unit. No longer under warranty, so it was a complete waste of money. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Within 10 minutes it was making a almost smooth grind noise. Too late to take it back and return it as it was longer than the allowed period before I put it in.
