this was returned and side is damaged

the bottom of unit was dirty the side casing of unit was separated and tried to be repair with tape

Close to Perfect

Likes- It's quiet, pulls a lot of water out of the air, and doesn't generate too much heat in the process. Dislikes- As others have mentioned, the reservoir tank is unwieldy and could use some sort of handle. Also, if you're going to put a window on the tank, make it large enough to provide an idea of how full it is. That said, it's well worth the price, and I would buy it again.

Warranty is only 12 months. Unit died after 16 months.

Loud Pulse Noise

It is so loud and makes this pulsating humming noise that doesn’t stop unless I put a wedge under half of the backside to make it stop. For $300 you’d think the company would have this figured out. I’m not talking a normal fan noise, I’m talking a LOUD pulsating hum that’s horrible.

Great features. It is portable with the rollers. Works hard. The pump is very loud.

It never arrived

It never arrived, order was cancelled either by Walmart or the seller.

It's heavier than it looks.

Pump Filter needs cleaning

Noisy pump but fine for my basement use. After 9 months, it got an E5 (pump clog) error.

Pump Lasted About a Month

Had this for about three months. My first Whirlpool product in forty years, thought their quality may have gotten better....... I was wrong, pump making very loud noise and barely pumping any water. I didn't use the pump while testing how much water it was removing.
