Great Quality, love it

The barstool chairs are really beautiful and well-made. They are of excellent quality and identical to very expensive luxury items.

Biggest disappointment was the Fed Ex left my packages by my garage in the rain with no plastic!!!! Fortunately, no detectable damage... . Love the bar stools, very rich color!!

We just moved into a new house and needed an upgrade to our kitchen chairs but we wanted bar stools to match. Perfect find! These chairs and bar stools are sharp looking and comfortable. They fit our family's needs perfectly. They were delivered without any issues and my husband put them together quickly. With four messy teenagers, stains are pretty common. With these chairs, we just wipe with a damp cloth with a little soap and dry right away and no stains! We would highly recommend to anyone, especially with a growing family living in the real world.

The chairs I ordered in black are grey. Everything else was good, shipping time etc. I did send an email to address the issue and never heard back, but then I got this email to review instead, so here’s my review.

Not true to height or color description

Ordered the Black color barstools, however the chairs that came look dark grey/olive color. Unclear if I received the wrong color, or if the color they describe as "Black" is not actually true to that color. The height was described as "29-32" barstool height. I really needed on the higher end of 32, however the height of the chair that actually came was 29. Would have been nice to know the exact specific height when ordering. Chair itself was comfortable and looks nice, so overall good quality for a great price.

Absolute WORST experience EVER.

Absolute WORST experience EVER. Never received the item, Overstock had to contact the vendor who insisted I wait an additional 7 days. After 7 days I made multiple attempts to contact the vendor- reached out to Overstock twice who reached out to the seller on my behalf (obviously not as assertive as the first Overstock representative)- NOTHING. As much as I wanted this item, it's a pity that I was so turned off by their customer service that I would never shop with Overstock again.
