Mr. Coffee 12-cup coffeemaker

This is my second, I've gifted my first, which worked perfectly after 15 years. This is a very good coffeemaker, fair price and no complaints at all. Wanted white to get away from black plastic cooking utensils, due to worries about black possibly made from recycled electronics. I don't use the charcoal filter, it's a bother and my coffee tastes the same with or without it.

Simple Functional as I want it

This mr. coffee "switch" coffeemaker has no "bells and whistles" which suits me fine as I don't want or need them; the more of those you get headaches like a lot of tech today! I don't need a timer -sit down and wait the few seconds and pour your brew...sheesh I want a brewed cup of coffee simple on off 4 cup who da heck wants a giant pot of stale coffee like an endless trough....lol also i prefer the white to black and hard to find that's why the black has become cheaper and the white more expensive normally wouldn't want to pay in the forties for this but rather the twenties but oh well at least i found it short cord black filter basket (they won't make that part in white! that holds a paper filter (that you buy separate, i buy a store brand brown no bleach lol) and that's it no headaches must be gettin' young lol mmm smell it now

A Simple Coffee Maker

I've had this manual 12 cup Mr. Coffee for probably 15 years without any real problems and I make at least one pot every day. All the bells and whistles on other machines are only more things to go wrong. Simplicity is best. The only issue I have is that sometimes the filters don't drain fast enough but that's not the coffee maker's fault. The black heat-resistant covering on the hot plate is wearing off. Still, it makes a great cup of coffee. Even friends and others comment on how good it tastes. Did I mention I grind my own beans? Just don't let the pot sit on the hot plate all day. That will make the coffee bitter and burned tasting. I turn it off after making a pot and microwave another cup if I want one. That way it tastes as fresh as just made. I would definitely buy another one if I break this one or it finally gives out. Cheers!

Perfect Coffee Maker

I do not drink alot of coffee so the size of this coffee maker is perfect for me. It is very easy to use, easy to clean, and is a perfect size for my limited counter space.

I have had this product from 2004 and has lasted 6or 8 years. I reordered this and started having problems almost within 5 months it would just stop perculating in the middle of the cycle. i almost gave up on this product, so I called and got a refund and ordered another 1 that 1 did the I'm same thing. i had ordered 2 and pur that one away. that one worked for a longer time but ended up doing the same, so I turned it off and then restarted it and it continued working from the point that it was that till it was done. Yes this product wasn't made like it use to be made, but i do not like the smaller neck design of the pot. awful. i broke the pot so i went to walgreens and they carry it too. Disappointed in large amounts but i will probably buy it again because i like the size. i no longer need a 12 cup machine. But i do wish that white is produced more often not just in this product but in all. I hate black!!

This coffee maker stopped working shortly after receiving it. I contacted the seller two times to get a refund and I never even received a reply. Tried to dispute the charge on my credit card and it was not allowed. I will never buy anything from Always quality

Unsatisfactory

Bought this awhile back did not open the box until we were ready to switch out the old one. However I know the white color is not in stock often and when one was available I decided to purchase one. Stored it away for a bit.. did not move it or open it. When I brought it out to replace.. it was shattered and too late to return. The glass pot was intact but the plastic was completely broken. Not sure how that happens without the glass breaking. And the white coffee maker is higher in price for some reason? So all in all a complete waste of money.

Love the white color. The new edition is 5-cup instead of 4-cup which is great as well. Who doesnt love their coffee and Mr. Coffee

So far so good. This coffee maker is pretty self explanatory when programming coffee making.

No more Walmart!

The clock does not work. It is fast, and gains about 20 minutes each hour. That means it is NOT programable. Ordered it online from Walmart. What a waste.
