All the features you need at a great price

Looks good, works great. Super easy to install and operate. Exactly what I was looking for, and at a great price. I especially love the self evaporating feature so there is less management.

Power outage saving grace

This unit worked wonderful at cooling our bedroom to sleep at night and running off our generator after hurricanes back to back in Florida!

Best portable a/c unit I've ever owned

First unit was defective and had to be returned. GE and Wayfair made the return and replacement with a new unit easy. New one works great! Best portable a/c unit I've ever owned. Great functionality and flexibility. Adequately cools my 320 ft2 shop with 10-foot ceilings.

DO NOT BUY

Do not buy this unit, barely cooled one room and completely failed shortly after 1 year use. Cannot get any servicing from GE!

I am very disappointed in this AC. I chose this one because I have 3 GE window units that work great.

Great design

The unit looks good and is not huge but doesn't cool enough. I set it at 64 degrees but the coldest it will get in my room (350 SF) is about 72 degrees.

Works great

Installed unit per user's manual. Ran for 3 minutes and stopped with error code E5. Waiting for GE to get back to me for replacement instructions. Very dissatisfied

Works as described.

Product works as it should. It has been running in our 506 sq. ft. garage for 2 days. Temp outside has been 113-116 F. This A/C unit has kept the inside 88-90 F.

Good features.

Had x 3 weeks. Wheels don't lock and floor is slanted small issue. Looks appealing-light instead of heavy. Good working order. Nice features.

The air conditioner arrived damaged. Talked to customer service, sent photos of damage and they are shipping an another air conditioner. Hoping the second one will arrive undamaged.

Odor, ineffective “cooling”, blowing humid air

I bought 3 of these units. As soon as the first one was installed and turned on, I got a massive migraine. MIT has not gone away since we got them. There is an odor, a mustiness. They do NOT cool well. They blow humid air, and they are only cooling to about 12-14 degrees ABOVE the set temperature. It is impossible to get comfortable. I’m really struggling and they are impacting my health. I would not purchase these.
