the drill bit that came with the screws is cheap and doesn't work well. I would not buy these again.

The star drive wood screws worked out great there was no stripping and they counter sunk easily I definitely recommend these screws.

Installing trim for a door and these screws get partially through and strip which leave them lodged with no easy way to remove
perfect for when my nailgun failed.
These worked great with the included screw driver head. Out of precaution, I predrilled holes. The heads are the smallest I could find for what I needed, and they blend very well into the trim (probably due to the countersinking nature of the screws). So, I didn't spackle over them, or hide the screw heads in any other way.
Good quality and easy to drive using the included bit.
Only bought these because they never have the regular 2 inch ones in stock.
With the popularity of white cabinets today, these are a must for cabinet installers!

These star drive trim screws are great for applying composite trim boards.
I love this type of screw as they have aggressive threads on the tip which makes for easy starting without any pre-drilling. a Torx drive bit is included, they provide slip-free driving power. All in all a great way fasten wood.
GRK trim screws
Absolutely prefer these over trim nails to draw trim/baseboarding close to wall without or minimuze the need for caulking. Only problem is that slight imperfections mean some may sporadically not act as self-cutting.
