Not what I ordered and shipped to California before coming to Ohio

Did not secure wire in place
I got all wires stripped precisely to the guide on the back, inserted and tightened as tight as it would go. Still, as I was trying to get the outlet back in the box one of the neutral wires worked its way out. Given how tight it was and how it didn't grip the wire, I didn't feel comfortable using it. I'll be returning it. Already purchased and installed an Eaton outlet which felt like a better product in the hand. Terminals felt way stronger and more secure.
This outlet worked very well for our needs. It was sturdy and met all the necessary qualifications. We've had it for a few weeks and don't anticipate any issues.

Very hard to plug cord in all the way.

The outlet visually appears to be manufactured with decent quality. Easy to install, however, I think there is something wrong with the tamper-resistant feature as it is extremely difficult to plug a grounded cord into this outlet. I needed to run 3 different tools right after I installed it. None of them were easy to push into the outlet. It took multiple attempts with excessive force to get them to go in.
