Unfortunately, this sink has not held up. It stains the minute something touches it. We never leave dishes in the sink and yet 2 years later, the sink is stained beyond repair.

It does stain a little, but nothing that a little bleach spray doesn’t fix. It is very bright white so if your countertops are not that same white, it could be be a little bit of a problem.

Stains do not come out have reached out to Kraus and sent videos. Have used the correct cleaning products and kraus will not make good on this defective sink.

Incredibly disappointed!

Such a HUGE disappointment!!!! We were thrilled with our new sink when it was installed, but that changed quickly. It stains so fast and so badly. It is nothing like a porcelain sink. I called the company to order the protective grate, which remains in the sick at all times. The representative I spoke to on the phone said to use a product with bleach to clean the sink but nothing that is abrasive. She said do not use just bleach, so we have used the soft scrub gel since day one. You have to scrub and scrub to remove stains. Then yesterday, I saw a small scratch that was down to the metal!!! We would love to replace this sink, but it would be too costly and the countertop is matched perfectly to the dimensions of the sink. We have always taken good care of the things we have, but it’s so difficult to keep this sink looking nice. It even seems like the finish/shine is gone.

The color worked fine .. it’s not a perfect white but it doesn’t matter. It does stain easily so you must clean and scrub any food oil or sauce after you do the dishes. We use a little spray of Clorox after every use and it always comes out clean.

Do not buy this sink! It stains easily and you can’t get it to come clean. We even used a liner on the bottom of the sink and there are stain marks below it. I’m at a loss as what to do short of replacing it. We’ve gone through the manufacturer recommendations for cleaning it and it doesn’t work. Be aware that this sink shape isn’t easily swapped out with another brand because the granite counters are cut to fit that shape and it’s odd with the rounded corners.

Beautiful large sink. So far, I haven't noticed any scratches or other marring from having pots and pans to be washed in the sink. Nice and deep for soaking.

Good ... but it is Porcelain

Lovely to have a light porcelain sink for installation. However it is porcelain and therefore it does mark and stain easily so it needs a soaking with bleach every week or so to maintain its sparkle.

Although this sink is beautiful and is a good price, it has already started to scratch after one week of use. I bought this due to the great reviews but I’m disappointed with the quality. Buyer Beware!

Ordered this sink for my moms remodel and it has been a wonderful sink for her. She loves that she can get all her large canning containers in it as well as have room to wash the new great grand babies. It is modern and is super easy to clean.

Not durable, easily stains and scratches

We have had this sink for 2 weeks and it already has a scratch. This whole product description is FALSE ADVERTISING! This sink is not durable and easily stains and scratches. I would not recommend this sink at all.

I have used this sink once and already have a permanent stain on it. We put a skillet in it and let it soak while we were eating and when we picked it up it had left a ring stain and we have used every trick or product in the books and can't get it off. This was after one use and the skillet was in the sink for maybe 20 minutes. Can't imagine what this sink will look like once we actually start using it.

DO NOT BUY

This sink already had several scratches and has been installed 3-4 days. I have not left anything in the sink longe than it takes me to physically clean things, no hot pans, no knives ro abrasive sponges or cleaning material and it is already basically ruined. So frustrated as this is not an easy or inexpensive fix to replace.

Beautiful sink and so far doesn’t mark up like my old white porcelain sink did. It’s very deep as well so it’s easy to wash big pots in it. The installer liked it a lot because it’s white enamel over stainless steel instead of cast iron so it was easier to manage.

Beautiful sink but don’t buy this one

I purchased based on the description as “highly resistant to impact, chips, scratches, and stains”.

Just had it installed and it looks like the enameled heavy cast iron I wanted.

This sink has been installed in my new kitchen for three months and I already have found a chip. I am single and there are no children in my household. I don’t cook too often. I am not one who typically places dishes in my sink. If it chipped this easily for me I cannot imagine how poorly it would stand up to the daily use of an entire family. It looked fantastic but I am very regretful as my brand new kitchen is already showing wear. Would not recommend.

Sink looks beautiful and in less than 30 days already looks 10 years old. I purchased the white model and the enamel scratches so easily. Additionally, the sink is very lightweight and makes the quality questionable. It’s like spray painting a normal stainless steel sink. Wouldn’t recommend.

Decorative Only

This sink is totally useless. If you don't use your kitchen and want a pretty sink, this is it. It stains daily and extremely difficult to get yellow discoloration back to white to the point you have to use Clorox and risk destroying your hardware. I have had multiple calls to Kraus and products to clean recommended as well as clorox. I was even told not to pour coffee in the sink since that I know stains it yellow even after rinsing. I highly advise against this product.

Scratches too easily

I’ve never been rough with the sink or dropped anything in it but it scratches and stains way too easily. I have to scrub it every other day with BKF to get it white again and I’m not one to pour stuff in the sink and let the food or liquid sit there. I always rinse the sink every single time I use it. The scratches hold darker stains and it’s way worse in person than the camera shows. This started happening less than a year into having it.
