Super easy to install, love all the features and options for setting the lights up and controlling them from the app.

They do not stay connected to the wifi and require fixing a lot we have to replace one faulty one in 6 months and at year 2 they need replacing completely

Won't work with a switch.

I should have read the reviews. This light does not work with a wall switch, (it loses it's connectivity to the routter) it will only work properly with the app, this was left as a review two years ago, also someone else said it can only be paired to one app at a time, thus only one person can operate this device. It might work for you in certain applications where you want the light to come on as a program, but for most uses, it is useless. I have confirmed this with tech support.

Changing color lights

Love the smart lights. Also the fact that it changes color. When I first had that installed, my neighbors wanted to know where I bought them.

I love it. It is works as expected. Can be controlled using phone. I used it in the entertainment area. Changes colors. This is now the lights of the new generations

2/3 did not work

purchased 3, cut the holes, installed them and 2 of the 3 did not work. upon returning to the store which is 45 minutes drive, no longer in stock.

Used for a week. Nice colours and the app is great.

Doesn't work with switch - do not buy!

I bought and installed these only to find out that they can't be used with a wall switch! I mean they work, but if you turn the switch off and back on, they start flashing, don't turn on, or only some of them turn on. It's totally unusable with a wall switch. I contacted Globe and they confirmed that these are meant to be only turned on with a phone. So if there are guests (or kids) in your home at all, forget it!

Fun and functional

So many light colour and pattern options with the app. Lights can be programmed individually or in groups and programmed to turn on and off at specific times. These lights are slim as well. I’m loving them.

Never installed it. Retuned for refund. Not sure what else to say about it?

So far... amazing and easy to configure; well built and app options are great. Easily linked to Alexa. (only tried one out of 10)... will be installing 10 and update review at that time.

Multicolored wonder

Great addition to bathroom above bath. Must be programmed with wifi (color, intensity), but then can be operated with switch like ordinary light. Color can be unchanging or changing. Was able to get it connected with wifi without too much difficulty.

Don't buy. Garbage.

Bought 5 of these. Didn't realize that you're not supposed to use them with a normal switch; they're meant to be powered all the time and turned on/off with a smart switch or phone. Don't like that. Also, they lose connection all the time, which means the don't stay the right color and don't turn on/off when they're supposed to. Waste of money. Nice idea but really, really garbage execution.

So far poor experience.

I bought two of these. Wired one into the other. Set them to pair mode. Only one came on. Switched the tails and the same light worked on the other box. The one that didn’t worked on neither. It sees two devices though. When I tap on one it says turn on. It never does.

These recessed lights sets the standards for home automation and design. They are incredibly slim and are able to fit anywhere where obstructions might be an issue. I have pipes running through my floor and ceilings because I have radiant heating, so when I wanted to install recessed lights throughout the house it was a true hustle. These lights can fit anywhere and are worth every cents. The kids are having so much fun with them and alexa.
