Just Right

I've been looking for leaning bookshelf for months. Didn't realize how popular these were and how expensive they are. This one caught my attention and the one review made me purchase it. I'm so glad that I did, because it fit in my living room space like a glove.

Nice bookshelf

I purchased two on sale for a great price. At first, I wasn't impressed with the quality but after putting them together and researching other shelves online I realized they are good quality for the price I paid. They are a little time consuming to assemble but fairly easy.

Nice shelf that has terrible toxic smell

This shelf is great - seems sturdy enough, was easy to assemble, etc. But it has the worst toxic smell (sort of mothball-like) out of the box that won't go away. I put it outside for a few days, then put it in a very large room/open area for several weeks. I put it in its intended spot after about 2.5 weeks of all this airing out, and it still smells somewhat in that 11x12 bedroom. I probably should have returned it but the idea of disassembling it was too painful. Do not buy this if you are in an apartment or other small/confined space where you can't give it some time/space to air out.

Just ok

There is damage to some of the shelves, partical board missing. I can cover it, but if it wasn't so hard to repackage I would return. If you're looking for a project to set it up, purchase it. It is impossible to match all holes and put together... Get what you pay for. Cheap.
