Still waiting on a refund...

I have ordered a number of times and usually am very pleased with the service and products. However, in January I received what I had ordered, but unfortunately, it wasn't what I was expecting. Anyway, the return process was pretty easy. However, after returning the order and waiting a few weeks, I still had not received my refund. So I sent a note to support and received a reply on Feb. 8th from Rex V. saying that my refund had been applied back to my payment method. It has now been an additional 8 days and still no refund. I just sent Rex V. another email. Hopefully, I will finally get my refund in a few days...

Easy to install

So far these recessed trims are doing well. I like the easy to use color selection option switch when getting customers to make a decision

Exceptional Value

We rented new large office space which held over 40 traditional can lights. Sunco provided us bulk LED Retrofit Smooth lights that transformed our office into an elegant workspace. It took one person less than an hour and a half to retrofit all the fixtures. And with all the expense of moving out office, this was a very affordable upgrade. Thank you, Sunco.

Got what we needed and worked fine

Website was easy to navigate, was able to find same lighting and these recessed lights were easy to install.
