Absolutely beautiful!

Stunning piece of furniture. Lovely fireplace with very realistic flames. My number one recommendation is to pay for assembly. BBB hired a local person through Angi who was very skilled, highly professional, and did a great job at building the piece. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end.

Mediocre quality for the cost

I was so excited about this electric fireplace and could not wait for it to arrive, however after spending 5.5 hours putting it together I have to say that I am disappointed in the quality for the cost. First of all the items were shipped via FedEx, so to no surprise both of the boxes arrived damaged and the corner of one of my bookshelves is scuffed and the finish is coming off due to the damage obtained during shipping, many of the cams do not sit flush in the holes which leads to the white stickers designed to cover the cams being unable to adhere- the stickers are lifting and wrinkled which looks cheap. I love the look of this item, however the quality is poor considering the cost.

I was really worried about the quality of this fireplace. It looked too good to be true. I am SO glad I took the chance and ordered it. I find myself just staring at it, amazed at how beautiful it is in person. Even my husband was surprised, and that takes a lot! The only way I could be happier was if 1.) There were matching furniture pieces, and 2.) If the additional warranty I ordered hadn't been canceled. That part does worry me that I can't get a warranty beyond one year.

This unit came shipped in two large boxes via Fed Ex. First and main box was beaten up a bit in shipping, but was pleased with the packing job set up to protect all the various pieces. Out of dozens of pieces that comprise the unit = only one piece had a small indent in it (and it was on the back side that nobody will ever see - so no big deal). if you're used to working with RTA furniture (especially from a Swedish giant) = you'll completely understand the handful of hours you'll need to spend putting this unit together. Instructions decent; only was thrown off once by the drawings. Allen wrench included, but I used my own tools to speed along the process.Fit and finish are surprisingly good. I've assembled 15-20 RTA pieces of furniture, and I've never had all holes line up like they did on this fireplace. Cam lock furniture can be hit or miss, but this unit had zero issues with all the dowels and fasteners.Haven't put in the fireplace yet - but looks pretty straight forward. Building the cabinets yielded a good product that was relatively easy and looks higher end than some. Thanks and look forward to using this piece in our bedroom.

It arrived safely with no damage. Lots of pieces but well marked and directions were easy to follow. It is every bit as beautiful as I'd hoped it would be. I know we are going to really enjoy it for many years to come.

I spent several hours putting the mantel together only to find the fireplace insert did not fit. Have let Houzz know, but so far no resolution. Can’t recommend this product.

very good unit

I've had my fireplace over a year and I love it! It's helped keep us warm all winter. It is very sturdy and it looks beautiful underneath my TV. I wish the remote was bigger, but I am so happy I bought it!!

Took my brother and I 2 hours to put together and worth every minute. It's gorgeous!

Our freestanding Electric Fireplace is perfect for our "toy" house (we live in a mobile home)! Great quality and craftsmanship! A reasonable price too!

Throws the heat and the flames look realistic. Easy directions, took me 4 hours to assemble by myself. I did count all the screws though! Ordering a smaller version for my bedroom in a different color. Hope it arrives in great condition like this one did.

Took some time to put together but it’s solid and beautiful. We’ve only had it a few days but the huge fireplace emits a ton of heat and it looks great. Definitely recommended. Love it.

I love it

I have not had my son build this yet but I did take everything out of the box, it was packaged extremely well no pieces appear to be damaged and the fireplace itself is working fine. Speed to delivery was excellent 4 days. Appears to be of good quality

Arrived amazingly fast, very well packed. Assembly was fairly intuitive, the manual was clear, but did have a page completely repeat, which was temporarily confusing. End result is attractive, nice detail, heater has some real heat. Running just the visual without heat is relaxing. For us, good value for the money, the storage shelves are useful alone or with mantel.

I was Skeptical about ordering from this site but was very pleased with the product and received within days of ordering
