I just needed an extra few feet to plug my new micowave into the outlet. Did the specs and came up with a good range to run both my microwave and coffee maker off. It took me a few times to know that it was going to trip if they ran at the same time, but the old one did just fine. The Watts/Joules calculation on this unit must be an average, because this was below my expectation.

Good power strip, stopped working after a couple of months

I bought this power strip around 7 months ago and it has worked perfectly so far. However, yesterday, it just stopped working. Nothing will charge on it and I have tried all types of fixes, but it is still dead. Unfortunate and disappointing because I rely on this power strip.

This is a really good search protector especially if you're using a lot of electronics that have a lot of voltage. I have my Xbox PlayStation TV and radio plus surround sound plugged into it and it has worked excellent with all of those high voltage electronics plugged into it at once.
