The pan is packaged poorly from the manufacturer so the chances it comes broken is pretty good. CHECK before excepting product. Mine came damaged twice, but second damage could be hidden by floor. The hole for drain need reaming too. There is only one seal between pipe and shower. It’s not adjustable just a friction fit. The drain pipe must be perfectly centered. Pretty strong pan but does need mortar under to prevent any flex.
