Brass is a brown plastic with glitter added
Whiel this fan may be fine and do the trick, and for other finishes it might be fine, I was just surprised when I received mine. I expected some of the fake brass that is out there, yellowed aluminum or stainless steel, but this is a brown plastic with a little glittery effect inside. So maybe will work for you, but definitely was not the look I was going for.
So far this light has been perfect. The fan has adjustable settings and even when it’s on high it’s very quiet.
