rail is ok when up. I had a handyman install 2 of these. They only came with concrete screws, so he had to go to Home Depot to purchase screws to install on wood steps. That increased my cost, since I had to pay for his time.

Is put together very well. Like my sister in Kazakhstan. It was easy to mount. Screwing it down was very pleasurful. Adjusting the angle for putting it in I found so easy. She has a very beautiful pair of rails to hold onto when pulling myself up there. It is new model. Young, and fresh out of box. Small and lightweight, yet sturdy enough to take me without breaking. We had to buy different fasteners to securely mount the rail in concrete. Special drill bit also, but it is very secure.

Great quality product. Powder coated finish very high quality. Hardware works great. The hinged top and bottom fastening to the pipe rail is very flexible for different stair slopes/pitch. Went in easily. Exceeded expectations.

They got a poor quality and got broken before installing.

Broken after 4 montths

The price was right on this product but a bracket snapped after only 4 months with very limited use. I would not recommend it due to the poor material and potential to cause injury.

Good size. Had to go buy new lag bolts for the installation into wood the ones it came with were useless to me. Maybe they are for concrete installation. It is nice that it is adjustable however it is supported by thin metal on the handrail itself. Not sure how much weight that will bare.

Easy to install and looks very nice once installed.

This handrail was well priced easy to install (once I bought a good masonry drill bit) and is very sturdy. It covers 6 steps well.

Handrails

These handrails are great. I have steep steps and it was difficult to find rails that fit them properly. These are extremely adjustable, sturdy, and they look good.

This is a great, sturdy railing. It was also easy to install.

Terrible Experience Damaged Product! stay away

I ordered a railing for a customer’s backyard project, and the entire experience has been frustrating. First, the delivery was delayed, which caused a major setback in my schedule. When the item finally arrived, it was damaged and completely unusable. This is unacceptable, especially when relying on the product for a client's job.

Everything was OK except no information whem the railing reached the final pick-up station. Had to search via Schenker where the railing was.
