This louvered pergola is fantastic. If it is raining, you can be under the pergola and not get wet. I am so happy we were able to purchase two of them.

Easy to follow instructions, several of the slats were slightly bent on one corner from shipping damage, I just bent them back with pliers as I didnt want to wait forever for replacements. Decent value for the money.

Damaged parts were sent to me. For 2700.00 they could at least make sure I could put it together. Part B,C and D were bent and broken. Mangled parts.

The directions are difficult.

This is made with parts that I was not familiar with. Because of where I put this, in my deck, I had to buy different screws. The bolts that come assume you are putting in cement. There were a lot of screws left over. I am not sure if they made a mistake or somewhere I made a mistake. Pay attn to the letters on the top beams they have to go a certain way or you will have to take apart and switch it. The manual said 4 hours. Joke. With 4-people maybe, but it just got finished. I was short a nut, it was lost. Was able to find on Amazon. Also, one screw short again ordered from Amazon. They should have sent 2 extra of the screws and nuts. Also the curtain hangers break easy. That would be nice to get extra of those too. Other than being frustrated with the directions, I love it!!

We love our new pergola! Great quality products. Definitely waterproof. Yet love the option to open the louvered roof when wanting sunlight to come through. Great deal that it also includes all the curtains and screens. Beautiful 😌

Great pergola. Quick delivery. Shipment came in 6 boxes. Instructions were clear (diagrams, no words). Every part and screw was labeled. Instructions state you need 8 people. With the help of a ladder as a stand I assembled 90% of it myself, only needed a helper for a small portion. Took about 5 hours to assemble and that was taking my time. Seems extremely high quality and should last a long time. Great addition to the patio.

We love this pergola. We put it over our swimspa and it fits perfectly. We've had it in NC for several months now and it is now hurricane/storm proven! I was worried that the louvres might get damaged or fly off in our last big storm with wind at 70mph- nope! We added a few velcro straps to the curtain tie backs as the strings were just too short to tie well. We had reached out to customer service on a missing part and they were quick and friendly to respond.
