Excellent Garlic Mandoline

This gizmo is fantastic. Load peeled and trimmed garlic cloves into the hopper, pop in the presser and slice away. Perfectly cut thin slices of garlic. Slices in both directions for super fast prep. Easy to clean but be careful, this slicer is super sharp!

Slices way too thin to fry up garlic. No adjustment

Best garlic slicer. Period.

This is one of my favorite kitchen tools. I long sought very thinly sliced garlic for quick cooking garlic infusioin but could never slice it thin. This is a simple no hassle way to get THIN sliced garlic.
