Hmmm

The picture shows two boxes and that is what I thought I was getting a set of 2 for one order, so I thought 4 boxes if ordered 2. WRONG. It should not be pictured as a set if they are priced as each. Live and learn. But I still need more unfortunately.

Wrong quantity in the product description

The storage drawer itself was satisfactory, but the quantity in the product description was wrong - you get only one box for the price, NOT six. Very disappointing. Sent the box back and got a refund - $46.79 for one box was far too much money!

A bit flimsy.

I order these boxes every year, and found the structure of the box not as sturdy as previous purchases. Also, The boxes did not include a steel frame, which was included in prior years.

Great storage option

If you have precious documents to preserve, then this is the ticket. We have to store some documents for 99 years, this is what we choose. Keeps the dust off the documents, and keeps the florescent light out that discolors paper.

Not worth the price

Please note this is for one drawer, not two as shown. There is no support or reinforcement other than the cardboard. You could buy an actual metal file cabinet for what it would cost to buy two of these! OfficeDepot was very nice in refunding me my purchase price when I complained.

Hanging files do not fit!

The drawer sides are too low for a letter hanging file to hang and if they did hang the drawer is too wide to accommodate the hanging letter file folder. On top of that, the front and rear portion of the drawer has approx. a 3" space before & after the 'designated' file hanging area. I am returning

$31 per box?

I thought I was getting 36 boxes. The description says 6 boxes in a case, $185.99 per carton, quantity 6. So, I assumed I was getting 6 cases of 6 boxes. Boy was I surprised when I got one case of 6 boxes. I called and the CSR was very helpful and friendly and told me it was indeed a total of 6 boxes. Needless to say the 6 boxes are being picked up for return tomorrow and I am now a day behind in my project. I wish the description was clearer, I would have never purchased a box 6 boxes for $31 each.

Great product

The product is exactly what we needed in our filing room. However the picture and description of item is somewhat deceiving. It says there are 2 pieces and the picture shows 2 drawers so I assumed that's what I was ordering. When I received the product it is only ONE drawer. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed, but like I said I'm totally satisfied with the product, I just wish I had known I was only ordering one.

Bankers Box Stor/Drawer works great!

Downsizing created a need for mid-range storage of office materials. Hard copy of bookkeeping records and some files that will be used by me for no longer than 6 months to a year and then transferred to someone else's home office. They are much more movable from one place to another (especially without an elevator). In another office, I had used them for a number of years before everything was digital and hard copy is considered obsolete by many.
