This storage box solution met my needs. It is a sturdy box that was easy to assemble. The hanging file folders can fit over the sides with some slight adjustments. The cover barely fits over the hanging folders, but for my purposes, this was all I needed. For frequent use, a plastic file container with the grooves for the hanging folder would work the best, but you will have to pay a lot more for that. I am happy with the five pack price and durability.

Sturdy and quick and easy to assemble. I'm not sure what the load capacity is, but just remember to use common sense. You can stack these on top of each other, but that definitely adds weight to the boxes that can eventually deform the cardboard unless you load them lightly.
