Very happy with the quality and space that this shoe organizer comes with. It came with some missing hardware but the seller quickly shipped our replacements. It helps keep the entry clutter free. Love it!

Works great and stores a ton of shoes ideal for my entry. I didn't add the feet as it would be tall and didn't like the style

I would give zero if an option. more of a pain to repackage it and return it than to keep it in its low quality partial build state. I took half a day to take it apart and double check it three times, followed by my partner encountering the same issues. It misaligns majorly no matter what you do, and is just a terrible design in terms of assembly. Absolutely do not buy this piece of junk.

Poor quality control. The two back boards are 1/4 in longer than they should had been, and the bottom piece would not fit. The bottom piece was also missing 4 pre-drill holes for the screws. We would not be able to put it together without lots of tools and effort.

Not worth the hassle.

Not good quality. I started assembling the piece, then went to stand it up to put in the shelves and every piece came off - the back, the sides, and the top. Would not recommend to hold anything, even shoes.

Incorrect Measurements Advertised

I had high hopes for this cabinet. The box was not handled well by FedEx, corners smashed and dents and rips in the box. Thankfully the contents were unharmed, but there is so much Styrofoam. Now, onto the part that really gets me. I assembled the cabinet, and when I got to the legs, something seemed off. They appeared quite stubby and short. I went back and looked at the photos and they looked tall in the photos. In the picture of the item (in the exact color, Birch) that I ordered, it showed the leg height/clearance as 4.72", when I measured the legs that came with my cabinet, they were less than 4"!!!! I ordered the cabinet based off the legs and the height that was shown in the photos and the measurements photo. Upon contacting BBB, they said I needed to contact the 3rd party seller. So I reached out to them via phone, it was extremely difficult to understand the person, but eventually they understood the issue. I sent an email with photos per their request, and the response I got back was quite obnoxious. "...I found out that my colleague forgot to update the size picture. According to the customer's feedback, we upgraded this product. This product is taller and bigger as a whole, but we make the supporting foot at the bottom a little smaller, It actually measures 3.92 inches, We also improved each layer a little higher, shown as picture...." What the what? You updated and changed measurements and "forgot" to update the listing/advertised measurements? Typically when people are buying furniture, they look at measurements and make decisions to purchase based on information provided. The customer service has not been very helpful, and BBB essentially washed their hands of it because it's a 3rd party seller. So disappointed. I needed the height to clear my tall baseboards so the cabinet sits flush against the wall. Now i'm trying to figure out what to do with a cabinet that's 75% assembled but isn't going to be tall enough to clear baseboards and sit flush against the wall....

Very well made shoe cabinet. Easy to assemble and instructions were pretty straightforward. Goes perfectly in my guest bedroom.

We got two to put in our entryway. There’s so much storage inside and I love how they look. It was a beast to assemble but well worth the effort.

Box came punctured and torn, but surprisingly, all pieces inside were well protected. It took over a hour to put together, but I was expecting this, given that it consists of a lot of pieces. The parts were well labeled and the directions (mostly pictures) easy to follow. If you have never adjusted European hinges before (as I had not), you may find it helpful to go to an online tutorial showing you which screws on the hinges control what. After reading reviews of other shoe cabinets where men's shoes were too big to fit, and noting that this cabinet had only one review (which didn't address the shoe-size issue), I took a chance on this cabinet and am glad I did. I found that men's size 10 tennis shoes slid in with plenty of room to spare length-wise (see picture), and the height of these shoes is not a problem. Taller shoes could be an issue, but you don't have to put all the shelves in if you want to have a shelf with more height. Thanks, Overstock!

Great shoe rack spacer saver

The product is quality material. Has a sturdy frame and ways to adjust the height so it's not wiggling. It cleaned up a mess of shoes I had in my small apartment and cleared up floor space and closet space.
