Love it, buy it!

Made just like the vintage choppers! Love it.

I really like the size and convenience of this item. I have limited kitchen counter space so I don't want to pull out a big processor or slicer. I had a chopper just like this most of my life and found it to be the perfect size. This chopper is easy to use and easy to clean.

The best chopper

Very nice food chopper. The one I had was more than 20 years old and I found this one just like the one I had before. So glad I found this on Walmart.com. Chops onions, peppers,garlic, etc just great. Easy to clean

This food chopper is the way to go!

This really is a nice concept/design for a food chopper. I had one years ago just like it -- except the old one was of hardier construction. The plastic is definitely thinner and I do hope it lasts like my old one (wish I still had it!). The lid and the plastic that tops the chopper need to be fooled with a bit more to keep everything in place and working correctly. Still, chops well and am happy with the purchase.

Real bargain basement stuff

Cheap cheap cheap. Cant imagine where 5 stars came from. Plunger top is a metal bar with 3 notches in it, shows through top of plunger. 2 or 3 chops to test it and the metal bar breaks through the top of the plunger. Blades are thin as a razor blades, no way it would chop nuts or anything hard. Save your money

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Received this chopper today. It is not as shown in the picture. The plunger is only about a half inch high, as opposed to the two or three inches shown in the photo. It only plunges about a quarter of an inch. Totally useless. It may be a defect, I don't know. What I do know is, it will not chop anything if the plunger only goes down a quarter of an inch. Extremely disappointed and will be returning it.

Don't expect a quality product as once was

This product is now a cheaper version of what I considered an excellent product. I bought it thinking I was going to get the same quality product I purchased many years ago. The plastic is much thinner, so thin that the chopping block circle was warped.

I love it my mom had one like this and I had to replace it. Works better than the newer type choppers for certain things.

Very disappointing.

The item was not what it was advertised to be. It was small, poorly constructed, and did not adequately perform its task. It mashed the onions, the blades got jammed, it could only fit about 1/3 of an average onion, and couldn't even handle that. I tried it several different ways and finally threw it away. It was also delivered 3 days after its promised arrival.
