Carry’s like you would a Doll

My daughter is 5 years old and just started kindergarten. I sleep in pitch black so naturally she does too but, I got her this owl to light her path to the bathroom and now she uses it to do that and as her light in the bathroom, she love’s it. She carry’s it around like she would a doll. We’ve been using it for 23 nights without having to change out the batteries.

Not only is this a cute nightlight, it makes lil ones fell sade ehen they see the Owl, or as my 4 yr old granson calls him "Mr. OWLY", lol. He still carries him around so he doesnt get scared. The Munchkin name equals safe, effective and finctional products for all stages of childhood.

My son Ryan has used this since he was about 3 (he’s now 10) He’s always been scared of the dark and this has really helped him. He loves that he can carry it around with him if he needs to in the night. It was really adorable on Amazon and has been a great purchase

great for age 4 to 5 they can operate on their own. the button might be a bit difficult for younger kids. lights are soft and the self timer is a big plus. my little one had this since she's 4 and still use it (going on to 6) every night next to her bed. soft light helps her falling asleep. self timer saves battery life .

Very cute. The kids can carry by the handle. Light stays on for 20 minutes. Light is too bright for a night light, though.

We have had this for years now hench the photo. My daughter loves it and uses it every night. It's been thrown, slept with, ontop of for years and this little guy is still kicking. I think I've only had to change the batteries once in 4 years. We use it for sleepovers or just because. It's not super bright but not very dim either. We love that it automatically turns off after some time. This way it's not wasting any battery use and by the time it shuts off the kids are already sleepy. It's easy to turn on and off, lightweight but durable. We would definitely buy this again in a heartbeat!

It works, but not bright enough and cheaply made. Supposed to be in the dollar store.

Two thumbs up!

We have two of these. One for my 4 year old and one for my 2 year old. They are a life saver. The timer is perfect so the battery doesn't die. They are only in their beds long enough before sleep that they only have to renew the light once at most. It's great for middle of night wake ups. It's prevented me from having to come into the room a couple of times. They have also used them for camping in the living room as well as when the electricity goes out. Anyways, this thing is pretty much all pros. It's a great level of light, battery life, and usage.

Helps our 2 yr old sleep on his own!

This has made all the difference for us getting our 2 year old to go to sleep in his toddler bed by himself! It is bright, but we can usually convince him to keep it at the foot of his bed. He is easily able to turn it on/off by himself, but I do sometimes fumble around trying to find the little button by feel if it is dark. I like that it is portable because he can use it to light the way if he gets up in the night...then we can see him coming :) The paint will definitely wear off, and it is not heavy but these things are not a big deal for us. It has been thrown during tantrums, so lightweight has been a pro. All in all, this is super cute and has been a huge help for us removing dependency on mom and dad for sleep.

Has been an excellent purchase that is used regularly by toddlers into their young schoolage years.

I have multiple "night lights" for my son ever since he was an infant. My son is now 2 and I wanted to find a night light that he can turn off and on without worrying about any plug ins. I love this owl and so does my son. He will wake up in the middle of the night and look for this owl in his bed and the button is real easy for him to turn on. Then he'll cuddle with the owl or place the owl close to his pillow and fall back asleep.

Junk

You need tiny eyeglass repair philips screwdriver to open the bottom in 2 places to put batteries. Piece of junk. Cheap chipped paint and plastic. Should have been FREE.

Wouldnt bother

For some reason I was under the impression this would stay on for 20 minutes. It doesnt. Its expensive for what it does but it is good quality (I.e itll be hard to break). For the length of time it stays on (10 minutes at a push) its not worth it.

Great item for baby!

Really lovely night light for my 19m baby and can see we'll get years of good use from it. Bought initially for going on holiday so don't need to plug in to electric but we use at home too.
