I ordered these chairs in taupe. The bases did not fit into the chair/top part. I tried with my fiancé who is a professional upholsterer and repairs furniture for a living, and we could not get the base to fit into the top. They are plastic and the pieces are warped and do not fit together. I called customer service. They said I would have to pay ~$50 to return these chairs. I said that was ridiculous as they sent me a faulty product. They said they could send me replacement bases, and if that didn't work then I could get a full refund for the chairs. They only sent one replacement base even though I told them it was a set of 2. This base fit worse than the others and looked damaged to begin with. I tried calling customer service again to let them know the replacement base didn't fit and my phone call would not go through. I used my fiancé's phone and was able to get through to someone. As soon as I explained my situation they hung up on me, and when I tried to call back his number was blocked as well. Now I have these giant plastic chairs that are going to end up in a landfill. I am never ordering from Wayfair again, this entire experience has been shady beyond belief. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and posting anywhere I can about this experience. I am currently filing a claim with my bank as well to get the $300 I paid for these chairs back.

We've had these chairs for about 6 months and absolutely love them. They are comfortable and accommodating for larger people. They've been in the sun all summer with no signs of fading and are super easy to clean. I keep one in my goat pen and the goats love to sit in it when I'm not out there. My only issue is that they don't stack. I would like to put them up for the winter or when we don't need them, but they are hard to store.

There's a YouTube video on how to assemble - just about impossible to do it without watching that. In the meantime, no instructions, no clue in the box. A beautiful chair but until you find the video a very frustrating experience. (Here's a hint: you attach the legs with the 4 big screws first, then sit in the chair to push the last 2 nuts down into position so you can start the screws. Much easier w 2 people.) BTW, we're using as an outdoor easy chair for conversations, reading, etc. Advertised as a dining chair but you're not really sitting upright in it.

I liked these chairs - really well built and have a nice "scoop" to them, plus the whole make sure they don't retain any water when it rains. They are larger than expected, but really comfortable and my kids love crawling in them. Great purchase.

These chairs are very comfortable. We had an issue with one of the bases being broken when we received them but it was quickly replaced. Had lots of compliments on these chairs.

These chairs are comfortable. They coordinate well with the table by this company. They are sturdy and provide a comfortable seat. The size of the chair is nice, it provides for us with broader bottoms... Like them. The holds allow them to dry quickly.

These 2 chairs are more beautiful in person! Great quality, ship fast, looks expensive. It’s hard to install the knobs but with patience can be done under an hour!!

I love these, I now have 4 - some on our balcony and some on our deck. They don't have cushions that get dirty and they really don't get dirty at all. They are heavy and sturdy and the holes in the design keep them from blowing away in the wind outside.

Love this chair. Comfortable, well made and looks great. Much easier to put together than people describe.... Just have to put the 2 screws in the side first before putting the ones on the bottom. Once the sides are in all the wholes on the bottom line up.

Chairs look fabulous and feel comfortable. However, the side screws did not line up. What should have taken 10 min per chair to put together took me close to 45. I needed to carve some of the plastic away, contort my body to add pressure in random place, use longer screws to carve a path in the plastic. I ultimately persevered but was cursing these chairs and wanted to get another set, but will not now because of this.

I was looking for a comfortable patio chair that wouldn’t stay wet when it rains and these are perfect! The little holes let the water drain completely and the plastic actually looks really nice. They’re super comfortable to sit and relax in with your morning coffee. And they’re safe for the dogs to jump up on without their legs slipping through anywhere. Great price too!

Nice chairs. Comfortable for plastic. Agree with other reviews, rather difficult to assemble. Yellow is more on the orange side of the color spectrum.

Quality is better than anticipated. Basic assembly but you need a little muscle. Outcome, this chair is really sturdy, comfortable and looks even better than the online pictures.

Really fun, comfortable chairs for our back yard. We bought them to add to our dining table. They're a little laid back for dining, but they'll work great to interchange for dining and hanging out in the backyard. Gave 4 in stead of 5 stars b/c one of the holes was not aligned for assembly but AllModern sent me a new piece for free.

These are super cute. Feel sturdy. The yellow is a bright sunflower yellow. They looks great. But as other's have said, they are not easy to put together. My suggestion, put the side screws in loosely first, then put in the bottom screws. Once everything is tightened, I don't think there will be a problem.

These chairs are fairly sturdy for being a poly resin. I ordered the yellow believing they were a bright citrus yellow, but what arrived is clearly a mustard yellow. The color is so different from what's shown I was genuinely taken aback, but need some patio chairs for right now. Will keep for now, but be warned about the color variance.

The chairs look nice and seem to be well made. However, you will have trouble with the side screws, and you will say unkind things about everyone involved in the design process while you assemble them. My advice, ignore the instructions and put the side screws in first. Otherwise, they're just not going in .

They are beautiful and comfortable chairs. They seem pretty sturdy yet pretty light, and they are very pleasing to look at. We are very happy with them as our patio chairs.

A fabulous design, excellent materials, high quality molding for fit and finish. Highly recommended as graat value. A couple thoughts on assembly…. The legs go on simply, five minutes. But I could not get the short side screws started despite following instructions. Then realized the chairs had come off a cold truck. So left overnight in 70 degrees to “ soften up””. And it worked… got the screws in easily. But I highly recommend a T-handled allen key rather than the item supplied, you can exert more pressure to make these short screws bite.

The chairs are what you would expect. They are obviously plastic, but comfortable and an interesting design. The assembly should have been very straightforward, however one screw was incredibly hard to tighten in place on both chairs. That is the reason for the dropped star.
