Easy setup - Dependable - Motor is quiet

Pretty easy to set up. Also easy to change scheduled times, and number of portions. I like being able to give an extra portion if needed without having to add to schedule. Performs as advertised. Recommend

Uneven food distribution

One side gets like 5 kibbles and the other side gets the whole rest of the portion. $90 food storage container since I’m manually scooping the food out so they get the same amount. I’ll delete this if they refund/exchange it for me so I can get a better one that works.

Easy to program

Had purchased another pet feeder and it was almost impossible to program. This one was much easier. Cats go nuts when they hear the feeder dispense their food. It’s a riot. They run to it even if they are napping. Very happy with purchase. Would recommend this feeder

Wouldn't Recommend

I wanted to love it, but this automatic feeder is complicated and hard to operate. You also have to replace the filter bags.

Great resource

The Petibro Automatic feeder was a great investment for our two cats as we needed them to be feed while we were on a 7-day vacation. It made it easy for the sitter as she didn't have to worry about food. It took a little getting used to on the feeding schedule (could have been the meat factor), but once we had it dialed in it was great. Assembly was simple not many tools needed. We use batteries for the feeder its been 3 months and they're still going. Rual living has its disadvantages with power outages therefore, so this is a great plus.

I recently adopted two cats and this feeder works great! I have it going off at 10am and 10pm and it works great. It’s easy to setup and to update the portion settings.

Works great, looks good

Got this for two kittens we just adopted. You can time up to 6 meals and adjust the quantity. I like that you put backup batteries in case of a power outage. And we have tried the voice recording feature yet but are looking forward to it.

Started out well, but then the lock feature broke!

This feeder had all the features we wanted and needed, as two professionals who travel, and need to be away from home frequently at one or two day stretches.

Not a user-friendly product

It took way too much time to figure out how to operate this frustration product. The inadequate instructions and a complicated set-up for meals required testing that still delivered the wrong meal results for our two pets.

It works. I don't like the voice recording feature, because I accidentally hit it and now when it feeds you can hear the sound of me trying to figure it out. Otherwise it dose what I need.

Not worth the frustration

Everything was working great until about 10 months after my purchase. It refused to connect to Wi-fi. Worked with their customer support and they sent me a new base. It’s worked for about 2 months now and then it started the same issue with Wi-Fi. Tried to follow the steps to reconnect but now it won’t even pair with the app- it’s not recognized. It’s extremely upsetting because I have an elderly cat I keep an eye on when I’m not home. Don’t waste your money.

Happy to have it! So far reliable; portions are a little tricky.

I've had it about 1 month. So far the clock keeps the time better than a lot of my household clocks. I've been testing out automatic feeding while I am home to make sure it's reliable, and so far it has followed my program perfectly. My only complaint is that the portions don't split up like the directions say. The directions say to push the lever all the way to the right to get equal portions, but I have it 2 clicks away from the right, and the right bowl still gets slightly less than the left, which is what I want. If it were all the way to the right, the right bowl would hardly get any food. I have it set where I want it, but the directions aren't quite accurate to manage the portion split. Overall I'm super happy and have heard from others that this machine stays reliable over time. PS 4 portions seems to give me about 1/4 cup for each bowl

Non-programmable

I only gave it three because it may be my own fault but in self defense I tried multiple times to program the times and portion amounts but when I came back from my 4 day weekend getaway to a wedding I found that it didn’t even get the portion amount right.

a little unsightly but easy to use and perfect at its job

Listen, this is not the fault of the makers, but it’s unfortunately kind of a funny shape to have in your room. It’s just now it’s going to look as a tower with two bowls at the base. So aesthetically maybe not the top feeder choice.

Hands free feeding for a week

I would feed my 2 cats 3x small portions in morning and evening. This feeder does this automatically, at set times during the day. My cats know the sound of the drop of food into the metal bowls, and go running. I'm not as much of a good source to the cats as I use to be, which is enjoyable. This product works well with the Petlibro automatic water feeder.

Automatic feeder

The feeder doesn't drop all the food into the bowls. The food builds up inside the drop ramp area. The food ramps need to be angled downward for all the food to get into the bowls

Not so easy to figure out the dispensing portion but other than that it’s great.
