The brackets to hold the sink on the counter were wrong. Didn’t feel like waiting weeks for correct brackets so we had to engineer some ourselves. One of the leveling feet was threaded poorly and won’t sink in all the way so we had to take it out to level it with the other 5 feet. There is a small chip in the edge of the counter top backsplash.

awkward and not ergonomic - keep looking

TERRIBLE DESIGN! The sink is set way back in the countertop. The vanity is very tall, and you have to lean way in to get your face over the sink. The result is that you can't even splash your face without getting water all over your chest or shirt. It's hard to find a mid-size vanity with a sink on the right, but I'd avoid this one and keep looking. If it weren't already installed I'd ask for a refund. VERY disappointed but I guess I have to live with it.

Beautiful, well-made vanity

This is a super heavy bathroom vanity--made out of solid wood. It is beautiful and well-made.

We had this vanity installed about 3 weeks ago and it has exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoy this product. We are extremely satisfied with the pricing and product quality!

Supplier is a pain

The website does not let you make any changes to the material when you order. However, the supplier will call you and text you (excessively) to ask for details not listed when you placed the order. Then once you give the details (not available at checkout) they will cancel your order because "you made changes to the order" and force you to reorder the material. They wont just make notes and continue your order or replace with the info on file. So when you reorder it none of those details will once again be listed and they will deliver you the wrong thing and on top of that it will be damaged. Do yourself a favor and use a local small business to get what you want and get something actually worth paying and waiting for. 0/5 stars.

The first two vanities arrived broken (marble top snapped in half) due to poor packaging, which did not protect the marble top. When the 3rd one finally arrived, it had several small chips in the marble surface. At that point, we decided to get it installed and purchased a repair kit to fix the chips.

Decent as it should be. Thought the sink mounting bracket contents and size was inaccurate but it worked.

Slow delivery, good product

Delivery was incredibly slow for this item, as it's all handled and shipped by a separate company from Lowes. They reported to Lowe's that they shipped the product immediately so I was charged, but didn't actually ship the item for several weeks. With that said, the product was well packaged, of high quality, and looks great.

Nice Product, Delivery Company Was Bad

Nice Product, Delivery Company Was Bad. Don't forget to order the 1.25" drain tailpipe to connect to P-Trap. It is not included with the vanity and was also not included the separate faucet I also ordered from Lowes as part of this order. Had to buy separately after figuring this out. The delivery company could not give reliable estimations on delivery window timeframes.

The First DIY Project in 4 Years

I was pleased with the product. It was well packaged and had no damage when we unpacked the boxes. I generally avoid purchasing Items of this nature on line due to my inability to see it in person before I commit my funds. I read several positive reviews and felt the Ariel reputation was good enough to try the on - line acquisition. The delivery was reasonably smooth to my home. It was heavy but my sons and I were able to handle it. It fit in the location we had planned (replaced a pedestal sink) and we were able to hook up the plumbing without excessive effort. It was a positive experience! Thank you.

Great offset sink countertop on elegant vanity

We're very happy with this vanity and counter with sink. Delivery was via freight, which took some arranging to have done, but it was boxed well for delivery and protection of the vanity. The undermount sink requires assembly, and the instructions are printed in very small type, but everything made sense and went very easily. The finished look is very sharp and clean, and the right offset sink gives us more room for use of the countertop.

Ariel Hamlet 43" with Carrera top.

This item is built and finished well. It is like a piece of furniture, rather than just a vanity. Very solid, unlike items you would find at the box stores. Packaging was tremendous, but there is a lot to throw in the recycle bin. Sink comes unattached to top, which is not a bad thing, but it was unexpected. Communication from Atlas could have been better, but overall I am pleased. Most important of all is my customer loves the product.
