Substandard Dishes

I ordered two sets of Fitz & Floyd Everyday kess than 3 months ago. Whiteware Dinner Bowls. One developed a crack in the dishwasher one week after the 30 day return window. The second one spontaneously cracked apart on the dinner table tonight with dinner on the plate. This set seems substandard and not of the expected Fitz & Floyd quality. They are also very heavy. I would not recommend this dishware.

The dishes are ,as always, great quality. However, since I own many items from F&F, I was horrified to see that the bottom side rims were so rough that they scratched any surface they were put on. When I called for help I was told to use an emery board to finish them. That did work, but I should have received some kind of compensation for finishing your product. I did not want to exchange them and get the same unfinished product again , so I did finish them myself. I am very disappointed in F&F for not offering a discount or coupon for future purchase.

I have been looking for large bowls for soup, pasta or salad dinners. Great size and depth for a main course salad. Just got them, but they seem to be nice quality.

Nice, but ...

I like these plate/bowls, but I was hoping they were a bit smaller. I was looking for a rectangular-ish shape to match some bowls I had gotten at Bed, Bath, and Beyond but I can’t find them anywhere!

Fabulous multi-function bowls

I love these bowls even more than I thought I would. I planned to use them for salads and pasta mainly but have found many more uses.

I love Fitz and Floyd. The products are typically made well. I make a lot of salads as a meal during the summer months and these dinner bowls are perfect for the salads that I make. These bowls are on the heavy side for being porcelain. I do wish they were lighter wt like my other porcelain dinnerware

Everyday white dinner bowls 10 1/2"

Received 7 of these bowls from my daughter from Rhode Island at a gift shop on the shore for a lot less. I'll have to wait until the summer when she can go back and get me 3 more bowls. I use them for pasta. I love them!
