Properly protected item

This is a fragile item but it arrived properly protected and packaged. It also arrived earlier than originally scheduled. I am very happy with my purchase from build.com through the Walmart app.

The tank lid is about what you would expect, The problem is that it arrived broken, and not a little bit broken, broken to the point it is not usable and Wayfair apparently has no interest in providing resolution to the issue. I reported the problem as soon as I opened the package, including pictures, the automated message indicated that it would take 1-3 business days for the customer service team to respond. We are now at 5 business with no resolution, no next steps, and not response from customer service except to say on the phone "give our team some time". I'm really struggling to understand way it is so difficult for them to provide timely resolution to a problem that I clearly had no control over.

Shipping information was inaccurate. At check out and the again when the order was completed, the system said delivery date was the same as the order date; which I though wasn't accurate based on where I live.

The item was a very fragile ceramic. I was very concerned the item would be damaged in shipment. However it was the best wrapped and cushioned package I have ever seen. No problems due to excellent packaging.
