[Rewarded Review] 3 years without a tank cover!

Back story, when this toilet was unpackaged to be installed in this home in Hawaii, the cover was broken and due to the cover not affecting the "function" of the toilet, the owners put ordering a new cover on the (way) backburner. Fast forward 3 years--yes 3 years--later and it's now difficult to find this item on the interweb. Even called American Standard and they didn't know when it was going to go back in stock. I go to this website and they have a baker's dozen in stock!! Not only that, but the shipping cost was affordable. Lastly--and this is the big one--they protected the product like one of their own. It was wrapped in layers of bubble-wrap and sandwiched by two bags of foam within a box inside a box! They delivered quickly and the top fits like a glove--thank you build.com! This was years in the making! (And a mutual friend will also be using the packaging for their move so it's being reused already!)
