One of the shades was messed up

One of the shade had smash foam in it that could not be removed with a scratch… see pictures below. Plus, I could not tell online when the lamps would be delivered. I had to go to the store directly and they looked it up. I think it was because I also had ordered some light bulbs and I think that caused the problem.

It looks as described. The concrete base was not even with the brass piece of the column. It too lots of twisting and pliers to make them even. There is a dark mark on the column, but to return it would have been too much trouble -- repack, etc. It looks ok in my living room. Is it my favorite lamp ever? No.

First product arrived with scuffs and defects, product was replaced and second one was better.

I cancelled these because some of the reviews talked about them being damaged. Luckily, they had already shipped. I think because they are concrete they will all have a few dry spots on them. I dabbed a little moisture and mine blended well. The lamps are really beautiful.

Concrete Lamps

These lamps look kind of cheap. The concrete and the brass aren't finished great but they work and that's all that matters. I have them on my console table behind my sofa.

Great lamps and very heavy. The reason for four stars is this is the second time a lamp has been delivered with dented lamp shade. It’s nothing major but very frustrating. However, the actual lamp quality is perfect and adds a mu needed texture to our living room. Highly recommend.

Just to warn y’all. I tried 3 of these. The concept is perfect. But, all 3 were very visibly flawed, damaged items. Chipped concrete. Asymmetrical setting of metal on concrete. . Customer service was great!

I ordered two lamps and both came with defects. Waiting to see if I could get a replacement. Aside from those issues, the lamps are very modern looking and compliment my decor very nicely.

The lamps themselves are high quality! We like them very much. The only issue I had was that the I received one of the lamps without a finial or harp and so could not put the lamp together immediately although Home Depot worked with the vendor to send me a replacement very quickly!
